Netcruise Acquires 100% Stake

T Scientific has acquired 100% of the shares of Netcruise, the only domestic software company that possesses all core technologies for big data-based log and network management.

According to T Scientific on the 13th, the contract for acquiring 100% of the management shares of Netcruise was signed on the 9th. The acquisition will be completed on the 31st of this month.

A T Scientific official emphasized, "Through this acquisition, we will further enhance quality and product competitiveness in the field of security solutions that combine IT service operation and monitoring with artificial intelligence (AI) technology."

Netcruise is the only domestic software company that holds all core technologies for big data-based log and network management. In particular, its integrated infrastructure management and integrated security management services comprehensively manage security threats and provide a system capable of real-time detection and response, allowing for a very wide range of application expansion.

Accordingly, the company explained that it has business achievements in various fields ranging from general enterprises to finance, universities, hospitals, public, and defense sectors, which is expected to contribute to increased sales and improved profitability, as well as rising customer satisfaction.
