Hana Financial Group has been steadily conducting the innovation company internship program for job creation since 2018. Since last year, the program has been expanded in earnest, supporting connections between 230 social innovation companies and young people to provide internship experience opportunities.
Among the 230 interns who participated in last year’s internship, 169 (73.5%) were converted to full-time positions. Hana Financial Group plans to strengthen both quantitative and qualitative support for the internship program this year, aiming for an 80% full-time employment conversion rate.
Social innovation companies participating in this internship will receive internship salaries for three months, and if converted to full-time positions later, an additional two months’ salary will be supported to continue efforts for sustainable and stable job creation.
Additionally, support for internship participants will be enhanced this year, including ▲ a monthly 100,000 KRW online education voucher for all internship participants ▲ 300,000 KRW monthly support for women with career experience in multi-child families ▲ 100,000 KRW monthly support for participants from small business families ▲ and follow-up employment counseling for participants who are not converted to full-time positions.
