Daejeon City Recruiting 90 College Students for Summer Vacation Part-Time Jobs

Daejeon City announced that it will recruit 90 university student part-time workers to gain administrative work experience at City Hall and related organizations during the summer vacation.

The selected candidates include △34 university students from low-income households (including near-poverty level) who have their own or direct ascendants' resident registration in Daejeon △45 students who are either registered residents of Daejeon or enrolled in universities located in Daejeon △2 foreign international students or university students holding disability registration cards △9 university students enrolled in universities located in Daejeon who have registered their move to Daejeon after admission.

Applicants can apply on the Daejeon Youth Portal website from 9 a.m. on the 15th to 6 p.m. on the 19th. In the first round, three times the number of candidates will be selected, followed by a review of household members, academic year, age, and eligibility. The final successful candidates will be announced on June 17.

The selected students will work from July 2 to 26, for 19 days, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Daejeon City Hall, business offices, public corporations, and 19 other institutions.
