Causing Trouble at Someone Else's Wedding... Stealing Attention Dressed as a Cat, a 'Minpae'

American Woman Imitating Cat Behavior
Takes Photos Like a Paparazzi
Video Reaches 28.3 Million Views

A story has emerged about a woman who ruined an outdoor wedding by imitating a cat and taking photos like a paparazzi.

On the 9th (local time), the New York Post reported that Mystic Morris (24), who lives in Oklahoma, witnessed a strange scene during an outdoor wedding on the 20th of last month. On the opposite side of the wedding venue, an animal that looked like a cow suddenly stood up and wandered around. The creature, which was thought to be an animal, turned out to be a woman wearing animal ears and a tail. This woman was not invited to the wedding but crawled around the field imitating a cat. She even walked close to the wedding venue and took photos like a paparazzi.

As a result, the guests' attention was drawn to the woman imitating a cat. The bride, Morris, said, "There were more people paying attention to her than to me," adding, "I only get married once."

Amy White (36), who was invited as a guest, recalled the wedding attended by about 100 people, saying, "The bride and groom started the procession, and that woman stood up. I realized she was a human, not a cow." She continued, "Since the procession had already started, it was too late to stop it," and added, "She stood up and started wandering around. I thought she might be drunk."

Amy also shared videos and photos of the cat woman on her TikTok account. The post recorded over 28.3 million views. Netizens who watched the video reacted with comments such as, "If I were a guest, I don't think I could have focused on the wedding," "It's funny, but I hope something like that never happens to me," "I was afraid that woman might do something strange," and "I thought she was a hidden photographer, but she turned out to be a complete stranger."
