On that day, Heize visited the president's office on the 3rd floor of the university headquarters at National Pukyong University in the afternoon and handed over 30 million KRW to President Jang Young-soo, requesting that it be used for student scholarships.

Heize, a graduate of the Department of Business Administration at National Pukyong University, said, "My college days are still vivid and remain good memories in my life," adding, "Upon hearing the meaningful news that the university is celebrating its 100th anniversary, I decided to donate scholarship funds with a heart to support my alma mater and juniors."

Heize is well known for the story that she studied hard to persuade her parents to let her become a singer, achieving a perfect GPA (4.5) and ranking top of her class, and for the anecdote that she was caught writing lyrics during class but, instead of being scolded, the professor encouraged her, saying, 'Why not do that?' which led her to decide to become a rapper.

Following the donation of the development fund that day, she also attended the 2024 Spring Festival (Daedongje) commemorating the 100th anniversary of National Pukyong University as an invited singer and performed, receiving cheers from the students. In particular, she was selected as one of the '100 Alumni Who Brightened the University,' chosen to commemorate the university's 100th anniversary this year.

Heize said, "Many performances have been impressive, but performing at my alma mater like this makes me truly feel that I have grown significantly as a singer. I sincerely hope that my alma mater, celebrating its 100th year, will continue to grow into an even greater university."
