Uljin-gun, Hometown Love Donation WITH (1+1) Event

Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, is conducting the ‘WITH (1+1)’ event until May 31 to promote the hometown love donation system and expand fundraising in celebration of Family Month.

The event details are that if two people, such as family members, friends, or relatives, each donate 100,000 KRW or more to Uljin-gun and register on the Naver form, both will receive a coffee gifticon. However, this is limited to the first 100 people.

The hometown love donation system, implemented since last year, allows individuals whose address is not in Uljin to donate to other local governments up to 5 million KRW per day. Donations up to 100,000 KRW receive a full tax credit and a thank-you gift worth 30% of the donation amount.

County Governor Son Byung-bok said, “We hope that during Family Month, the interest and participation of hometown love donors who think of their hometown will expand.”
