Samsung SDS Targets Global Market with Procurement Supply Chain Management Solution

Samsung SDS announced on the 9th that it participated in the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Expo held in Orlando, Florida, USA, and showcased its procurement supply chain management solution, 'SRM SaaS.'

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is a solution that helps effectively procure items necessary for business activities, such as materials, parts, manpower, and services required for product manufacturing. It supports all areas from discovering partners and collaboration to evaluation, procurement planning, and risk management.

The Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Expo is the world's largest supply chain symposium, with participation from more than 100 companies and over 3,800 experts worldwide.

At this year's event, held from the 6th to the 8th, Samsung SDS introduced the SRM SaaS solution and various application cases to global customers in collaboration with MRO, a domestic AI-based supply chain management software company.

Song Haegu, Vice President and Head of the Solution Business Division at Samsung SDS, said, "We are currently actively conducting business targeting the automotive and high-tech industries in the North American region," adding, "Since the SRM SaaS solution's outstanding technology and business competitiveness were recognized at this symposium, we plan to grow it into a global leading solution."
