Birdview, the operator of the beauty platform 'Hwahae,' announced on the 9th that it ranked first in the beauty awards?rankings most referenced by consumers aged 10 to 30 when purchasing cosmetics.

Consumer data platform company Open Survey conducted a survey in March targeting 1,200 men and women nationwide aged 10 to 30 about the awards?rankings they refer to when purchasing cosmetics, and 64.2% of respondents chose Hwahae.


Additionally, Hwahae took first place with 45.3% in the brand that first comes to mind among beauty awards?rankings. The image most associated with Hwahae awards?rankings was 'trustworthy,' followed by 'influential' and 'popular.'


The award?ranking categories that consumers refer to when purchasing products on Hwahae were overwhelmingly led by skincare at 87%, followed by cleansing (61%), masks?packs (41.3%), base makeup (33.8%), and body care (33.2%).


Since 2015, Hwahae has been conducting the consumer-driven 'Hwahae Beauty Awards' twice a year, in the first and second halves. It provides category-specific rankings based on 8.4 million accumulated reviews and ratings from actual users, and prevents interference in awards and rankings by screening out promotional reviews through a verification system.
