Taekwang Industrial and Daehan Fiber announced on the 9th that they will conduct mid-year recruitment for new university graduates in the first half of the year.
The recruitment fields include seven sectors: petrochemicals, textiles, human resources, purchasing, sales, production, administration, instrumentation, and safety and environment. The eligibility requirements are holders of a regular bachelor's degree or higher, those expected to graduate by August 2024, those without any disqualifications for overseas travel or business trips, and those who meet at least one of the following score criteria: TOEIC (750 points or higher) or Speaking (TOEIC Speaking: IM2, OPIc: IM2 or higher).
Applications can be submitted online through the Taekwang Group recruitment website until 11 PM on the 19th. Successful candidates will be selected through an AI online competency test (May) and practical and executive interviews (June).
A representative from Taekwang Industrial stated, "We are conducting this new graduate recruitment to proactively secure talent tailored to the company and to stabilize the expansion of factories and new material businesses. We expect that the addition of new employees will bring fresh energy to the organization."
Meanwhile, Taekwang Industrial and Daehan Fiber plan to recruit new university graduates again in the second half of the year, contributing to employment stability for young people who have recently been experiencing severe job market difficulties.
