[Photo] SK Telecom Link Ranks No.1 in International Call and MVNO Service Customer Satisfaction

At the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) awards ceremony held on the 8th at Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul, SK Telink won first place in both the international call service and budget phone service categories, earning the honor of a double crown. After the ceremony, Ha Sung-ho, CEO of SK Telink, and employees are taking a commemorative photo.

In the 2024 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center, SK Telink's international calling service '00700' secured first place for the 11th consecutive year, setting a new record for the longest winning streak in the international calling category.

SK Telink also achieved a double crown by having its brand 'SK Seven Mobile' maintain the top position for the second consecutive year in the budget phone service category.
