The Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation held a customer advisory committee to provide more opportunities for overcoming crises and business success to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small business owners in the province.

On the 8th, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation announced that it held the "2024 1st Customer Advisory Committee for Supporting Small Business Owners and SMEs in Gyeonggi Province and On-site Consultation" in the conference room on the 2nd floor of the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation building in Suwon Gwanggyo Technovalley.

At the customer advisory committee, vivid policy proposals from the local economy field were delivered, including low-interest refinancing products for high-interest loans, development of various customized guarantee products for companies, raising guarantee limits, activation of support for financially vulnerable groups such as low-credit borrowers, and balanced development of the northern region.

The customer advisory committee was launched in March last year to enhance customer satisfaction by actively listening to and collecting customers' suggestions on Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation's major policies with a sense of field reality, promoting demand-centered policies, and strengthening customer-tailored support. It has been operated quarterly three times until recently.

Last year, advisory committee members delivered opinions on a total of 36 policy proposals and improvement requests, including guarantee limits and screening, loan interest rates, communication methods, and system improvements. Among these, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation has completed the implementation of 29 cases, actively reflecting the advisory committee members' policy proposals in business promotion and policy establishment.

Si Seok-jung, Chairman of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation, stated, "Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation will continue to do its best to stabilize management, overcome crises, and ensure a smooth landing for small business owners and SMEs in the province through communication that meets the expectations of the residents and proactive crisis response based on the proposals of the customer advisory committee."
