Baehyung-geun, President of Hyundai Motor Securities, announced on the 8th that he will focus on "communication management" to strengthen communication with employees in various formats.


On the 26th of last month, during a dialogue with CLB (Change Leader Board) employees, a junior staff-centered meeting body within the company, President Bae emphasized, "We aim to establish a foundation for sustainable growth by sharing the values pursued by the company with employees."


Since his inauguration, he has had lunch with about 200 employees and visited branches, focusing on communication with staff. He plans to complete visits to all branches sequentially in the future.


In his inaugural speech, President Bae highlighted three key points: ▲Digital transformation ▲Securing sustainable competitiveness ▲Building a collaborative corporate culture. To foster a collaborative corporate culture, he appeared in the promotional video for Hyundai Motor Securities' corporate culture program, the 'Outstanding Employee Funbbunhan Awards Ceremony,' which received positive responses from employees.


President Bae stated, "Communication is a process of mutual trust formation necessary for building a collaborative corporate culture," and added, "I will continue to strive to be a leader who listens to the stories filled with the hidden efforts and passion of members through various corporate culture programs with employees."
