Boryeong, Open Recruitment for Entry-Level Sales Positions in the First Half of the Year

Boryung is conducting an open recruitment for new sales employees in the first half of the year.

The application deadline for this open recruitment, which is being held to expand and strengthen Boryung's sales organization, is until the 20th of this month. The hiring process consists of document screening, first interview, Sales Academy, and final interview. The qualification requirement is a bachelor's degree or higher, and those expected to graduate in August are also eligible to apply. The major is not restricted, and preference is given to local residents and regional talents. The responsibilities include sales positions involving prescription drug sales, managing hospital and clinic clients in each region, and conducting seminars related to pharmaceuticals.

In this first half recruitment, Boryung has removed most sections for listing specifications such as language scores, overseas experience, awards, and volunteer activities from the application form to focus on job suitability, and has strengthened the evaluation of self-introduction letters. Additionally, through the four-week Sales Academy, applicants will be trained in sales job competencies and provided with an opportunity to assess their aptitude for sales roles. During the academy period, applicants will receive various training to enhance their understanding and personal capabilities in sales tasks, including basic academic education, practical sales know-how, scenario writing and role-playing for different sales situations.

This open recruitment also introduces on-site interviews. To recruit outstanding regional talents, the first interviews will be conducted in five regions including Seoul, Gangwon (Chuncheon), Chungcheong (Daejeon), Jeolla (Gwangju), and Gyeongsang (Gyeongsan).

On the 13th, an online recruitment briefing will be held through Boryung's official YouTube channel, and recruitment briefings will also be held at 10 universities nationwide.
