Muneo to Join 'Jumper Sleeping Contest' on the 11th

Seoul City is partnering with LG Uplus's representative character 'Muneo' for the outdoor library event at Yeouido Hangang Park held in May and June.

On the 5th, LG Uplus announced that it has prepared an event featuring its representative character 'Muneo' for the outdoor library event "Reading Hangang Park" held by Seoul City at the Green Shade Square in Yeouido Hangang Park.

The Reading Hangang Park, which opened the day before, will operate every Saturday until the 22nd of next month. Citizens can enjoy reading without the need to borrow books separately while sitting on bean bags or camping chairs under the shade, and they can also experience various interactive programs.

This year, LG Uplus's character 'Muneo' can be seen throughout the Reading Hangang Park event venue. LG Uplus supports a 'Photo Zone' composed of large Muneo sculptures, a 'Reading Zone' equipped with Muneo character camping chairs, and 'Muneo Signboards' that guide event etiquette.

Muneo will also directly participate in the '1st Jumper Sleeping Contest' organized by Seoul City on the 11th. This contest awards prizes to people who fall asleep peacefully while wearing unique pajamas.

In addition to the Jumper Sleeping Contest, Seoul City will offer a 'Personal Color Test' that matches visitors with suitable clothing colors and a 'Tarot Love Counseling' program for couples visiting the Hangang. These programs will be held on the 25th and the 15th of next month, respectively.

Kim Darim, head of IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) at LG Uplus, said, "We hope that this year's Reading Hangang Park event, which received great attention last year, will provide a more enjoyable experience to citizens visiting Hangang Park through collaboration with the Muneo character."
