Baby Monster took first place in the first week of May with "Shy Shy" on Mnet's 'M Countdown' on the 2nd. Despite the official promotions having ended, they scored highly across various categories including digital music charts, SNS, and fan voting by a wide margin.

Through their agency YG Entertainment, Baby Monster expressed, "We want to sincerely thank everyone who helped us with this album. It is especially meaningful to receive first place as a complete seven-member group." They added, "We are truly grateful and love our fans who sincerely enjoyed this promotion with us and always support us. We will continue to work hard and grow, so please look forward to Baby Monster’s future."

The overwhelming live performance skills and rising momentum in digital music scores are credited for driving this first-place win. In fact, "Shy Shy" steadily climbed the ranks on major domestic music platforms such as Bugs, Genie, and Flo, securing a spot in the top tier. Notably, it reached as high as 9th place on Melon Top 100, which is known for its high entry barriers for rookies.

They are also achieving great results on global charts. "Shy Shy" entered Spotify’s Daily Top Songs chart for 31 consecutive days and succeeded in entering the Weekly Top Songs chart for three consecutive weeks. On the US Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global (excluding US), the song ranked 33rd and 16th respectively, setting new personal bests.

Riding this momentum, Baby Monster plans to continue active promotions. They will hold a fan meeting tour across five Asian regions, starting with two days on the 11th and 12th at Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan.

After launching full-scale promotions in Japan, they are expected to showcase their explosive stage capabilities to global fans by performing at 'Summer Sonic 2024,' the largest local music festival, in August.
