In particular, among brand apartments, those built by the top 10 construction companies in construction capability are even more popular. According to Real Estate R114 statistics, among the top 5 apartment sale prices (per 3.3㎡) in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in March this year (excluding complexes planned for reconstruction or remodeling), all were brand complexes of the top 10 construction companies: △Acro River Park exclusive 84㎡ type (1.2099 billion KRW) △The H Firstier I-Park exclusive 179㎡ type (1.1846 billion KRW) △Acro Riverview exclusive 78㎡ type (1.0711 billion KRW) △Raemian Prestige exclusive 84㎡ type (1.0306 billion KRW) △Raemian Daechi Palace Complex 1 exclusive 114㎡ type (1.0291 billion KRW).
The same applies to provincial areas. In Sejong City during the same month, the apartments with the highest sale prices were also brand apartments of the top 10 construction companies: △Hantteul Village Complex 3 The Sharp Lake Park exclusive 110㎡ type (394.3 million KRW) △Saetteum Village Complex 10 The Sharp Hillstate exclusive 98㎡ type (351 million KRW) △Saetteum Village Complex 11 The Sharp Hillstate exclusive 98㎡ type (332 million KRW).
Given this situation, recently launched brand apartments by major construction companies have also attracted many buyers' subscription accounts. ‘Maple Xi,’ launched in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul in February this year, is an apartment constructed by GS Engineering & Construction, a major construction company, and recorded a high subscription competition rate of an average 442.32 to 1 in the first priority subscription. In the same month, ‘Seosin The Sharp Vivaldi’ launched in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, also a brand complex with POSCO E&C participation, recorded a double-digit subscription competition rate of an average 55.59 to 1 in the first priority subscription.
