Kim Hasu, the governor of Cheongdo County, donated 3 million won in personal capacity on the 3rd to the Gyeongbuk Community Chest of Korea to overcome low birth rates.
This donation came as Gyeongbuk Province declared a war against low birth rates and launched a "donation campaign of 10,000 won or more with the participation of the entire nation." Governor Kim deeply sympathized with this and took the lead in joining to spread a relay donation atmosphere to overcome low birth rates.
