DL E&C announced on the 3rd that it will expand its psychological counseling services, previously available only to employees, to include their families as well.
Employees and their families who wish to receive psychological counseling can access professional services through a simple application process. Counseling covers a wide range of psychological areas, including work-related issues such as job stress and workplace interpersonal relationships, as well as family problems and emotional concerns. Counseling sessions can be conducted in person, via video call, or by phone. Each employee and their family members are entitled to up to 8 free sessions per year. The confidentiality and anonymity of counseling content are strictly guaranteed.
DL E&C has expanded its 'Visiting Psychological Counseling Service,' which was piloted at some sites last year, to all domestic sites. The service has received high satisfaction ratings from on-site employees, scoring approximately 4.7 out of 5.
A DL E&C representative stated, "We provide expert psychological counseling services to help employees and their families resolve stress and difficulties experienced in their work or daily lives, and to support improved work engagement. We will continue to implement welfare programs that enhance the quality of life for our employees."
