Jeongeup City in Jeollabuk-do will operate bumper boats in the water leisure experience zone created around Naejangsan Culture Plaza until August 31.
According to the city on the 3rd, bumper boats, known as bumper cars on water, are water leisure facilities that anyone, regardless of age or gender, can enjoy, and those under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Operating hours are divided into two sessions: from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., with a total of 20 bumper boats available.
The usage fee is 7,000 KRW for 15 minutes and 10,000 KRW for 30 minutes per two-person boat, with a 2,000 KRW discount provided to citizens and recipients of basic national livelihood security benefits.
The city plans to assign water safety personnel to ensure the safety of users.
A city official said, "We expect the water leisure experience facility, a leisure facility reflecting the latest tourism trends, to create great synergy in connection with the tourist resources around the Culture Plaza."
Meanwhile, Naejangsan Culture Plaza is gaining attention as a complex cultural plaza with various attractions, including the family-friendly camping site called Gukmin Yeoha Camping Site, Cheonsa Heroes?the largest indoor playground facility in the province?and a water park music fountain that families can enjoy together.
