The 1st Yongsan Art Stage 'Family Concert' Held

Yongsan-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Park Hee-young) will hold the 1st Yongsan Arts Stage ‘Family Concert’ at 7 p.m. on the 10th at the Mir Theater in Yongsan Art Hall.

In celebration of Family Month, the district has prepared a rich variety of music and diverse attractions including popular songs, jazz, fusion gugak, and tango so that many residents can enjoy culture and arts. This performance, held for the first time this year, is free for anyone aged 8 and above and will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. The concert will last for 90 minutes.

The performance features ▲popular singer Baek Ji-young ▲MBN Voice Queen semifinalist Lee Yoona ▲gugak artist Lee Ah-jin ▲dancer La Luce, with announcer Yoo Hee-young hosting the event.

Singer Baek Ji-young is expected to perform her gem-like hit songs such as ‘Candy in My Ear’ and ‘I Don’t Love You.’ Gugak artist Lee Ah-jin will sing the drama Goblin OST ‘I Will Go to You Like the First Snow’ in a gugak version with a clear and pure voice. The fusion gugak performance is planned to heal the tired and weary hearts of residents through music.

The Grand Phil Jazz Band, along with Lee Yoona and La Luce, will add elegance to the Yongsan Arts Stage with nostalgic pop songs and tango music.

Park Hee-young, Mayor of Yongsan-gu, said, “As the Yongsan Arts Stage Family Concert is being held for the first time this year and is attracting great interest and expectations, we have prepared various performances and hope many residents will come and enjoy them.” He added, “We will continue to strive to provide opportunities for residents to enjoy culture through dignified artistic performances worthy of the name Yongsan Arts Stage.”
