Gyeonggi Province is recruiting an advisory group for apartment complex management support.
On the 3rd, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will publicly recruit private experts to participate in the "2nd Gyeonggi Province Apartment Complex Management Support Advisory Group" until the 17th.
The province's Apartment Complex Management Support Advisory Group consists of 50 private experts from six fields, including lawyers, accountants, and labor attorneys, who visit complexes together with the province to provide customized advisory activities covering all aspects of apartment complex management, such as housing management administration, accounting management, long-term repair, and safety management, in order to resolve questions and prevent potential disputes during the management and operation stages.
The recruitment fields and number of personnel include 11 areas: accounting, labor, housing management, architecture, civil engineering, safety, telecommunications, electricity, machinery, fire protection, and landscaping. This recruitment has increased the number of advisors by 30, considering the demand for consultation.
Eligibility requirements include holders of certifications such as accountant, architect, professional engineer, labor attorney, and housing manager with more than five years of practical experience in the related field, university professors in the relevant field, and other experts related to the field.
Park Jong-geun, head of the Apartment Complex Division of Gyeonggi Province, said, "The management advisory group plays a role in helping ensure efficient management through advice in various fields arising during the management and operation of apartment complexes," adding, "We hope many interested private experts will apply."
