SkyMoonTechnology Decides to Dispose of 100,000 Treasury Shares

SkyMoon Technologies announced on the 4th that it has decided to dispose of 100,000 common shares to deliver treasury stock following the exercise of stock options. The company stated, "The method of disposal will be transferring the shares to the securities account of the exerciser."
