Gangnam Uniq Tour's First Program Held Every Friday at 7 PM from May 10 to June 21 at Samsung Haemaji Park

Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong) will hold Starlight Yoga every Friday evening at 7 PM from May 10 to June 21 at Samsung Haemaji Park.

Starlight Yoga is the first program introduced this year in the Gangnam Unique Tour. The Gangnam Unique Tour is a themed program that allows participants to experience tourist attractions and content unique to Gangnam. Last year, it was operated once a month by theme, such as the Yangjaecheon Wellness Course and Dosan-daero City Run. This year, the operation method has been changed to increase the number of programs and hold them quarterly, ensuring that residents and tourists do not miss these noteworthy programs.

Samsung Haemaji Park, where Starlight Yoga takes place, is a famous spot boasting the best view of the Han River in Gangnam. At sunset, participants practice yoga and Pilates classes while overlooking the city sparkling with lights from buildings and street lamps. Before the class, event sessions such as the Correct Walking class to pleasantly warm up the body and self-lymph circulation massage are held. After the performance, small concerts featuring jazz, classical, old pop, and gugak (traditional Korean music) continue, adding a romantic atmosphere.

Participants in the first program held on April 26 praised it as "the most perfect Friday evening." Family visitors enjoyed the time as mothers practiced yoga while fathers and children leisurely played in the park, and even those not participating in yoga relaxed and enjoyed the jazz performance. During the vacation season in July and August, the ‘COEX Tour & K-pop Star Experience’ will be operated every other Thursday at K-Town For You on the 2nd floor of COEX Artium. COEX Artium is a K-POP global fandom e-commerce platform and the largest K-POP experience facility in Korea. Participants can directly experience training as K-pop stars in the vocal recording room and dance room.
