Dobong-gu Started 'Dobong SNS Crew' Activities Last March... Gaining Popularity in Just One Month
Customized Promotion Tailored to Residents' Perspectives Draws Attention... Creating Fresh Content for Various Channels
Thirty residents of Dobong District gathered. Their name is ‘Dobong SNS Crew’. They have been creating a buzz just one month after starting activities with ‘TokTok’ popping content.
Dobong District (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) selected the ‘Dobong SNS Crew’ earlier this year to discover content that matches the residents’ perspective.
The crew, consisting of 14 members in the blog field, 9 in Instagram, and 7 in YouTube, began full-scale activities on March 5.
With fresh and unique content of their own, they effectively inform residents about major news, attractions, events, and festivals within Dobong District.
During March alone, they produced a total of 47 pieces of content: 24 blogs, 16 Instagram posts, and 7 YouTube videos. Each content is overflowing with reviews such as “I didn’t know this place existed, I was surprised,” and “I watched the video and visited, it was great.”
The district selects excellent content every month to encourage their activities. In March, 12 pieces of content were selected, including ‘Good Price Model Store’ (YouTube), ‘Introduction to Dobong Campus of Youth Employment Academy’ (Blog), and ‘Dobong District Cherry Blossom Festival’ (Blog). A performance sharing meeting is also planned for the end of this year.
Oh Eon-seok, Mayor of Dobong District, said, “I look forward to the ingenious and unique content only the ‘Dobong SNS Crew’ can create,” and added, “Please continue to take the lead in promoting Dobong District in various ways.”
