Seoul Metro Sung Jung-gi, Standing Auditor, Receives National Integrity Audit Competition Award from the National Assembly Finance and Economy Committee Chairman

Seoul Metro (President Baek Ho) announced that Seong Jung-gi, Standing Auditor of Seoul Metro, received the Chairman Award of the National Assembly's Planning and Finance Committee at the 2024 Korea Integrity Audit Competition held on April 30.


The 2024 Korea Integrity Audit Competition was hosted by the National Assembly's Planning and Finance Committee and the Korea Public Institution Audit Association, with participation from future generation children and standing auditors (committee members) and auditors from over 50 public institutions.


The event began with a declaration ceremony for realizing an integrity society, followed by presentations of excellent audit cases from participating institutions and an integrity policy forum. At the event, Standing Auditor Seong Jung-gi introduced the case of "Improvement of sudden braking phenomenon in Seoul Subway Line 1 trains," which was selected as an excellent case of proactive administration citizen application by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.


Standing Auditor Seong Jung-gi said, "I am pleased to participate in the Korea Audit Competition with future generation children and public institution auditors in the year marking the 50th anniversary of the subway opening," adding, "Going forward, Seoul Metro will do its best to create a safe and integrity-driven Seoul Metro by collecting and reflecting citizens' opinions."
