Applications are allowed for up to one accompanying person, and 30% of the spots are reserved for Jung-gu residents. Winners will be announced on May 14 on the Jeongdong Night Tour website.

A district official said, “Since embassies are places that cannot usually be toured, we highly recommend you to visit through the pre-application, and we ask for your great interest in the remaining Jeongdong Night Tour events.”

Meanwhile, the district held a Jeongdong Night Tour photo contest under the theme ‘The Charm of Jeongdong, Memories Together,’ selecting 28 winners on April 26. Park Eun-gi (21)’s ‘Spring at Deoksugung’ won the grand prize, Daedanhaeyong (1st place). The second prizes, Gomawoyong, went to Shin Seung-hee (49) for ‘Leaving Work on Deoksugung Stone Wall Road’ and Bae Sang-gi (65) for ‘Jeongdong Night Tour Girl’s Night Out.’
