‘Cheonan Asan Station Seohee Starhills The Classic,’ which opened its housing promotion center last March, plans to accommodate a total of 1,534 households from basement level 2 to a maximum of 29 floors above ground in the area of Hyudaeri, Baebang-eup, Asan.

It also provides easy access to roads such as National Route 21, Gyeongbu Expressway, Cheonan-Dangjin Expressway, Seo Cheonan IC, and Pyeongtaek-Sejong National Road.


An official stated, “Along with the Chopuma apartment complex preferred by the 30s and 40s generation, this area is attracting the attention of prospective residents as the young population is increasing,” adding, “Residents can receive a safety guarantee certificate and enjoy full interest-free benefits on the interim payments.”
