‘9th BNK Gyeongnam Bank Customer Panel Inclusion Kick-off Ceremony and Regular Meeting’ Held

On the 30th, BNK Gyeongnam Bank held the "9th BNK Gyeongnam Bank Customer Panel Inclusion Launch Ceremony and Regular Meeting" at the head office conference room.

The 9th BNK Gyeongnam Bank Customer Panel will be active until November under the theme of "Inclusion (포용)," meaning "helping and moving" for financial consumers.


At this launch ceremony, customer panel members attended autonomously either offline or by accessing "Kniverse," BNK Gyeongnam Bank's metaverse.


Park Doo-hee, Executive Director and Chief Consumer Officer (CCO) in charge of financial consumer protection, presented appointment letters to the 12 members of the 9th BNK Gyeongnam Bank Customer Panel.


Executive Director Park, in charge of financial consumer protection, said, "I hope the 9th BNK Gyeongnam Bank Customer Panel actively expresses their opinions so they can help and move financial consumers. We will listen carefully to the opinions expressed and do our best to actively reflect them in financial products and services overall, while enhancing financial consumer satisfaction."


Meanwhile, after the 9th BNK Gyeongnam Bank Customer Panel Inclusion (포용) launch ceremony, the first regular meeting was held on topics such as improvements to BNK Gyeongnam Bank's deposit and withdrawal services.


The 9th BNK Gyeongnam Bank Customer Panel will carry out missions by participating in online activities and offline regular meetings, proposing ideas and suggestions to improve BNK Gyeongnam Bank's financial consumer protection, financial products, and services.
