Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is supplying 45,000㎡ of rental industrial facility land within the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district general industrial complex in the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone.
The rental industrial facility land being supplied this time ranges from a minimum area of 1,523.7㎡ to a maximum of 6,658.0㎡, suitable for the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
GH has especially set the annual rent from a minimum of 230 million KRW to a maximum of 990 million KRW to support small and medium-sized enterprises facing difficulties entering industrial complexes due to lack of funds.
Additionally, to reduce the burden on SMEs, after 5 to 10 years of leasing, tenant companies can convert to purchase if they wish.
The district is located in a logistics and transportation hub with excellent accessibility to Pyeongtaek Port, National Route 38, and the Seo-Pyeongtaek IC of the Seohaean Expressway, and also has outstanding connectivity to nearby industrial clusters such as multiple automobile factories and Samsung Electronics.
The supply price, about 20% lower than the surrounding market price, is also one of the strengths of the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district.
The Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district is the only core hub district within the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone located in Poseung-eup, Pyeongtaek City, with the project jointly implemented by GH and Pyeongtaek Urban Corporation.
Covering a total area of 2.04 million㎡, it includes a total of 780,000㎡ of industrial facility land, 550,000㎡ of logistics facility land, as well as residential facilities, neighborhood living facilities, and other support facilities.
