Sacheon-si, 2024 Individual Housing Prices Determination and Announcement

Price Proposal Review and Feedback Submission by May 29

Sacheon City in Gyeongnam announced on the 30th that it will conduct a public inspection and accept opinions on the proposed prices for 19,113 individual houses as of January 1, 2024, until May 29.

The individual house prices can be viewed on the real estate public price information website, at the City Hall Tax Department, and at the Eup, Myeon, and Dong Administrative Welfare Centers.

Homeowners or interested parties who have objections to the inspected house prices may submit a written opinion or file an objection by May 29.

For cases where opinions are received, the Korea Real Estate Board will re-verify the appropriateness considering the characteristics of the houses and price balance with nearby houses, followed by a review by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee. Adjusted prices will be publicly announced on June 27.

Prices of multi-family housing (apartments, row houses, and multi-unit houses, etc.) decided and announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport can also be viewed and objected to during this period through the real estate public price information website, the City Hall Tax Department, or the Eup, Myeon, and Dong Administrative Welfare Centers.

Meanwhile, the city decided and announced the individual house prices for 19,113 houses as of January 1, 2024, on the 30th.

A city official said, “Individual house prices are used as taxation data for local taxes, national taxes, health insurance premiums, and so on,” and added, “We hope residents take an interest and review the house prices.”
