Delivered at the Win-Win Development Meeting
Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 30th that it mutually donated hometown love donation funds with Jinju City. This mutual donation, promoted as part of the Sancheong-Jinju win-win development, took place at the Sancheong-Jinju win-win development meeting held in Sancheong on the 29th.
The meeting was attended by about 15 people, including Lee Seunghwa, the mayor of Sancheong-gun, Jo Gyu-il, the mayor of Jinju, and officials from both local governments.

At the meeting, they discussed promotion plans for each sector of the Sancheong-Jinju win-win development project, which is regarded as a win-win model between local governments, and each delivered hometown love donation funds of 7 million won prepared with the heartfelt support of the employees.
Mayor Lee Seunghwa expressed gratitude to the employees of Sancheong-gun and Jinju City who agreed on the mutual donation of hometown love donation funds, saying, "I hope this mutual donation will serve as an opportunity to further strengthen the cooperation and friendship between the two regions."
Meanwhile, the Sancheong-Jinju win-win development project, which has been promoted since 2018, carries out various projects linked to the region, such as festivals, tourism, sports, and food.
In particular, the "Sancheong-Jinju Win-win Gift Certificate" project, the first jointly issued gift certificate between local governments nationwide, has been evaluated as contributing to revitalizing the local economy by helping small business owners and local residents in both cities and counties.
Also, the representative tourism characters of the two local governments, Sancheong's "Sani" and Jinju's "Hamo," met and filmed a joint promotional video, which has been well received by visitors to the Sancheong Expo and Jinju Lantern Festival, creating a win-win situation.
