Amorepacific announced on the 29th that it has decided to dispose of 10,878 common shares through a delegated investment brokerage firm to pay employee bonuses.
Mirae Asset Securities will handle the delegated investment brokerage, and the disposal is scheduled for one day on the 7th of next month.
