Project Manager, Theory and Practical Training
Conducting Transparent National Subsidy Projects
From the 23rd to the 25th, Ulleung-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, conducted training on the Integrated Management System for National Subsidies (e-Naradoom) for over 50 participants, including public officials in charge of national subsidy projects and private subsidy project operators.
Ulleung-gun conducted training on the Integrated Management System for National Subsidies for about 50 people, including public officials in charge of national subsidy projects and private subsidy project operators.
The Integrated Management System for National Subsidies (e-Naradoom) is a system that digitalizes all processing stages of national subsidies and allows the government to manage them in an integrated manner.
Introduced in 2017 to ensure proper execution and settlement of subsidies, prevent fraudulent claims, and enhance public convenience and transparency, its use is mandatory for all national subsidy project operators.
This training was conducted by the Education Management Department of the Korea Fiscal Information Service. It focused on basic system education covering the overall project procedures such as public offering, grant, and settlement of subsidy projects, as well as information disclosure management and fraud prevention.
In particular, the training included practical sessions where participants could directly perform all project processes on the computer, which is expected to greatly help improve system utilization among project managers and resolve work-related difficulties.
Nam Han-kwon, the county governor, said, “Due to Ulleungdo’s geographical characteristics, attending training was difficult, so I am grateful that customized on-site training was provided,” and added, “We will strive to ensure more transparent and efficient use of national subsidies through this training.”
