[Law Firm Now] Kim & Chang to Hold 'Strengthening Global Competitiveness of Digital Assets' Forum on the 30th

Kim & Chang Law Office (Managing Partner Jung Kye-sung) will hold a forum on the theme of "Measures to Strengthen the Global Competitiveness of the Digital Asset Industry" at 2 p.m. on the 30th at the Federation of Korean Industries Conference Center in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

Co-hosted by Kim & Chang Law Office and the Digital Asset Policy Forum, this forum is organized to diagnose the current status of the digital asset industry and discuss measures to enhance competitiveness in the global market. Opinions will be shared on recent hot topics in the virtual asset industry, such as allowing corporate real-name verification accounts and spot ETFs.

The forum will include experts in digital asset regulation, policy, and law from the government, academia, industry, and legal sectors. Following a presentation by Professor Lee Jong-seop of Seoul National University titled "Current Status of Global Virtual Asset Businesses and Measures to Strengthen Domestic Market Competitiveness," attorney Jung Young-ki of Kim & Chang Law Office will present on "Regulatory Status of the Digital Asset Industry and Measures to Strengthen Global Competitiveness."

Additionally, the comprehensive discussion will feature attorney Kang Hyun-jung of Kim & Chang Law Office, attorney Koo Tae-eon, head of the Tech Group at Law Firm Lin, Kim Yong-young, managing editor of Maeil Business Newspaper, Kim Jae-jin, vice chairman of DAXA, and Lee Seok-ran, director of Financial Innovation Division at the Financial Services Commission.
