DK Techin, Kakao's IT solution development subsidiary, and K&Works, Kakao's service operation subsidiary, announced on the 29th that they have introduced the CS solution 'Chatbot Now O4O (Online for Offline)' in collaboration with Sewon Atos, a fashion-specialized integrated solution company, which can be utilized in combined online and offline stores.
Chatbot Now O4O is a CS solution operated based on the KakaoTalk chatbot, which was previously only available for online shopping malls. However, through this agreement, its scope has been expanded to combined online and offline stores. When customers experience the brand in an offline store and make a payment via QR code, all subsequent procedures such as order inquiry, delivery management, and exchanges can be checked through each brand's KakaoTalk channel.
More than 10,000 domestic fashion brands using Sewon Atos's shopping mall operation services can utilize the Chatbot Now CS service not only online but also in offline stores. Marketing activities such as campaigns to induce revisits and purchase conversions can be conducted through precise targeting messages aimed at offline store customers.
Lee Sujin, Manager of the Connect Bot Division at DK Techin, said, "We focused on creating an environment where store owners can fully concentrate on their business by reducing the workload of responding to customer inquiries after purchase," adding, "We will continue to introduce services that enhance user convenience across both online and offline domains."
