On May 4th, in celebration of Children's Day, a variety of events including ▲Family Sports Day ▲Dance Festival ▲Big Flea Market will be held at Noryangjin Soccer Stadium
Dongjak-gu (Mayor Park Il-ha) announced that it will hold the "1st Dongjak Children’s Grand Festival" at Noryangjin Soccer Stadium on May 4.
The "Dongjak Children’s Grand Festival" is a Children’s Day event where the whole family can enjoy together and create precious memories, and it is being held for the first time this year.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the grass plaza of Noryangjin Soccer Stadium (688 Nodeul-ro) with a family picnic concept, featuring rest areas such as a mini camping site, various performances, and abundant play and experience programs.
First, the event will open with the popular “Bread Barber Shop Sing-Along Show” performance, followed by the opening ceremony at 12:20 p.m., including ▲Dongjak Boys and Girls Choir ▲Children’s Rights Charter reading ▲Taekwondo demonstration team ▲opening declaration performance, and more.
From 1:30 p.m., a dance festival and family sports day will be held consecutively, providing an opportunity for all age groups to communicate and strengthen bonds regardless of age or gender.
In particular, the “Random Play Dance” corner within the dance festival is expected to make the festival more lively as anyone can spontaneously dance to the music and freely express their excitement and talent.
Along with this, various side events are prepared, including a big flea market where people can directly buy and sell unused or reusable items from home, ▲large air bounces ▲caricature and face painting ▲environmental campaign upcycling, and more.
Regarding food, since open flames are not allowed inside Noryangjin Soccer Stadium, a mobile convenience store offering simple drinks and snacks will be operated, and a “delivery zone” will be designated near the event entrance so that residents can conveniently receive delivery food. However, there is no parking space at the event site, so visitors are advised to use public transportation or visit on foot.
