[Activity] Hong Nampyo, Changwon Special City Mayor, Participates in Cheongnyangsan Forest Road Unity Walking Event

Hong Nampyo, Mayor of Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam, participated on the 27th in the ‘Cheongnyangsan Forest Road One-Heart Walking Event’ (hereafter One-Heart Walking Event) organized by the Wolyeong-dong Administrative Welfare Center and the Residents' Autonomy Committee of Masanhappo-gu, along with about 500 residents.

On this day, the One-Heart Walking Event featured a walking course of 3.7 km round trip along the Cheongnyangsan forest road, accompanied by a side event exhibiting 100-year-old photos of Wolyeong-dong. Participants enjoyed viewing the photos and engaging in conversations, fostering a sense of local pride.

Mayor Hong said, “I thank the Wolyeong-dong Residents' Autonomy Committee and related personnel who spared no effort in preparing this event for the health promotion and harmony of Wolyeong-dong residents. It was a meaningful time to reflect once again on our region’s history and development while viewing the old photos alongside the walking event.
