On the 25th, Osan City in Gyeonggi Province held the opening ceremony for the relocation of the 'Osan City Dementia Safety Center' at the Jungang-dong Administrative Welfare Center.

Previously located on the 3rd floor of the Osan City Health Center, the Dementia Safety Center was relocated on the 4th of last month to a dedicated space on the 3rd floor of the Jungang-dong Administrative Welfare Center to provide better services in a more favorable environment for citizens.
The newly opened Dementia Safety Center is equipped with a consultation room, diagnostic examination room, program room, and a resting area for dementia patients. Professional staff including nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers provide systematic services from dementia diagnosis to care.
The Dementia Safety Center will continue to offer high-quality integrated dementia management services such as early dementia screening, cognitive programs, dementia counseling and registration management, and support for dementia treatment expenses.
At the opening ceremony, Osan Mayor Lee Kwon-jae stated, "Through the newly renovated Dementia Safety Center, we will do our best to prevent dementia among Osan citizens."
