DeepL Helps Write in English and German with AI... Customized Support for Tone and Style Yarek Kutilovsky, CEO of DeepL, is making a presentation at a press conference held on the 26th at Chosun Palace in Gangnam, Seoul.

Global language AI company DeepL has introduced its new product, 'DeepL Write Pro,' for the first time in South Korea. It supports tone and writing style adjustments according to the context, and is expected to contribute to clear communication in global business.

On the 26th, DeepL held a press conference at the Chosun Palace in Gangnam, Seoul, announcing the launch of the AI writing assistant service DeepL Write Pro. Previously, in January last year, DeepL released the beta version of its AI writing tool, DeepL Write.

DeepL Write Pro is the first service powered by a large language model (LLM). DeepL collaborated with NVIDIA to build the LLM. They deployed DeepL Mercury, ranked 34th in the world for supercomputer performance, and utilized 68 NVIDIA H100 graphics processing units (GPUs). DeepL Write Pro meets requirements such as ▲enterprise AI writing assistant ▲grammar and style correction ▲compliance with enterprise security standards. It enhances text quality in real-time during draft creation and provides AI-based suggestions on words, phrases, style, and tone. It is especially praised for its security strengths. DeepL Write Pro complies with enterprise security measures such as TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption and text deletion, protecting data while offering unlimited text correction functionality.

At the conference, Jarek Kutylowski, CEO of DeepL, stated, "Language is the most essential aspect of human existence and a key means to enable business," adding, "Since founding DeepL, we have focused on AI technology related to language."

DeepL said, "We can now offer a comprehensive communication tool for business that supports corporate global growth through the latest language AI to existing DeepL Translator customers," and added, "Currently, English and German are supported, with more languages to be added soon." Regarding Korean language support, CEO Kutylowski said, "Korean will be included as a major language, but it is difficult to disclose a specific date."

The DeepL Write subscription service offers two options: DeepL Write Pro and DeepL Write for Business. The DeepL Write Pro plan costs $10.99 per month.

Meanwhile, DeepL, which started its business in 2017, is headquartered in Germany. It provides professional translation services to companies through AI and supports a total of 31 languages, including Korean service launched in January last year.
