Daebang Construction announced on the 26th that the 2024 supply plan for multi-family housing is expected to proceed smoothly, signaling a positive outlook for achieving excellent performance.

Daebang Construction plans to supply a total of approximately 8,000 multi-family housing units (apartments) in 2024. Starting from April, a total of 2,512 units are scheduled in high-demand areas, including ‘Buksuwon Imok District Dietre The Riche (Ⅰ,Ⅱ)’, ‘Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town Dietre (S2BL)’, ‘Seongnam Geumto District Dietre (A6BL)’, ‘Uiwang Wolam District Dietre (B2BL)’, and ‘Gunpo Daeyami District Dietre (B3BL)’, raising expectations for excellent sales results.

A Daebang Construction official stated, “There are already places with high demand where inquiries are continuously coming in,” and added, “Through excellent sales performance in 2024, we will break through the recession and establish a foundation for further growth.”
