On the 25th, Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR, held a press conference to denounce HYBE, to which HYBE responded by stating, "The contents of the press conference are not true. We urge her to resign."

HYBE said, "There are so many false claims made by CEO Min at the press conference that it is difficult to list them all," adding, "CEO Min distorted the facts in a public setting by mixing timelines to mislead the argument and using her characteristic distorted interpretation mechanism."

They continued, "We have evidence to refute all claims but have decided it is not worth responding to each one individually."

Earlier, HYBE announced the results of an interim audit on ADOR's management, including CEO Min Hee-jin, and stated that they would file charges against them for breach of duty and other allegations. HYBE also mentioned that they will sincerely respond to any inquiries from the media that require clear and necessary clarification from a management perspective. They added a request directed at CEO Min, stating, "We politely ask CEO Min to stop lying about 'no proposal for dialogue' and 'no email responses,' to return the requested information assets, and to promptly cooperate with the audit." They emphasized, "Since she has already proven herself unfit as a manager, we urge her to resign quickly for the normal management of ADOR."

Furthermore, they stated, "Continuously mentioning the artists and their parents damages the value of the artists, so we ask that this be stopped."

Meanwhile, CEO Min held an emergency press conference on the same day and met with reporters to clarify the allegations of a hostile takeover of management rights claimed by HYBE. She raised her voice, saying, "There was no intention of a hostile takeover, and I am not involved in any breach of trust," and showed tears. After the press conference, online communities and X (Twitter) saw keywords such as 'Min Hee-jin press conference,' 'CEO Min,' 'X uncle's remarks,' and 'NewJeans members' trending, placing her at the center of controversy.
