[Concall] LG Electronics "Electric Vehicle Charging Business Aims to Grow to Trillion-Won Scale"

On the 25th, LG Electronics stated during a conference call explaining its first-quarter earnings that the electric vehicle (EV) charging business is still in its early stages, but the goal is to develop it into a trillion-won scale business in the near future.

They added, "We will grow as a charging solution provider by securing various solutions to reduce maintenance costs for clients and resolve customers' 'Paein Points'." They also forecasted, "Although EV sales growth has recently slowed, the market views this as a temporary phenomenon, and the main cause of the decline in EV demand is identified as a lack of charging infrastructure, so growth in chargers themselves will continue."
