LX Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation Appoints Sim Byeongseop as Head of Spatial Information Division

On the 25th, LX Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation announced the appointment of Shim Byeongseop (photo), former Director of Gimpo Aviation Management Office, as the new Head of the Spatial Information Headquarters. His term is until April 2026 as an executive director.

Shim Byeongseop, who was appointed through the Executive Recommendation Committee, is an expert in national land information platforms and smart cities. He is from Jeonnam and has served as Director of the Aviation Satellite Navigation Center at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Head of the National Pilot Smart City Team, and Director of the National Land Survey Division at the National Geographic Information Institute.
