Short-term Course Type 1 · Mid-term Course Type 2 · Japan Training Course
Dong-Eui University (President Han Suhwan) has been selected as the lead university for the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam region in the ‘2024 Paransa-dari’ project supported by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Student Aid Foundation for seven consecutive years since 2018.
Dong-Eui University selected as the host university for the Paransa Ladder Project for 7 consecutive years in 2024.
In particular, this year, Dong-Eui University was the only university in the Bu-Ul-Gyeong region to be selected for the new projects, including the ‘Paransa-dari Type 2’ program, a mid-term training course lasting more than four months, and the ‘Korea-Japan University Student Training’ program.
The Paransa-dari project aims to provide overseas training experiences to socioeconomically disadvantaged university students to help them explore career paths and develop themselves. The newly introduced Type 2 and Korea-Japan University Student Training programs involve four months of adaptation education and on-site corporate training abroad, aiming to cultivate core talents with global sensibilities.
Dong-Eui University selects 60 students for Type 1, providing pre-education on career setting domestically, and during the summer vacation, dispatches students for four weeks to Canada, Australia, Malaysia, and the Philippines to participate in language education and career experience programs such as corporate visits.
For Type 2 and the Korea-Japan University Student Training programs, students will receive two months of education on local language, culture, and employment-related topics at universities in the Philippines and Japan, followed by a two-month internship at local companies.
Especially as the lead university for the Bu-Ul-Gyeong region, Dong-Eui University selects not only its own students but also students from other local universities for Type 1, and through the Dong-Eui University University Job Plus Center, provides support for career development and employment linkage after overseas training.
Applications are open until May 3, and students from other universities can apply through their university’s employment and international exchange departments.
Lee Cheolgyun, Director of Student Support at Dong-Eui University, said, “As this is a great opportunity for students who want to advance onto the global stage, we look forward to many students taking on the challenge. We will do our best to support a safe and fruitful overseas training experience.”
