Icheon City's 'Dreaming Icheon Children's Grand Festival' Held

Held on the 3rd-4th of Next Month at Icheon Art Hall and Moduui Square

Gyeonggi-do Icheon City will hold the 'Dreaming Icheon Children's Grand Festival' on May 3-4 in celebration of Children's Day.

The event, held at both Icheon Art Hall and the plaza in front of the City Hall, will offer a variety of family-friendly activities including a commemorative ceremony, celebratory performances, play areas, shows, experience booths, and food trucks.

On the first day of the event, there will be a pre-ceremony performance, commemorative ceremony, and celebratory performances. Notably, magician Lee Eun-gyeol will present the 'Illusionist Lee Eun-gyeol Special' performance. On the following day, there will be hands-on experiences, play areas, and outdoor performances at the plaza for families to enjoy together. The program starts with an opening performance by the Special Forces Military Band and includes play areas, experience zones, performance stages, experience & promotion booths, and food stalls.

Meanwhile, 35 related organizations and groups within the city are participating in this event, jointly promoted by the city and public-private partnerships. Participants include 9 Icheon Together Care Centers, 13 local children's centers, Gyeonggi Icheon Child Protection Agency, Youth Foundation, Volunteer Center, Family Center, Comprehensive Childcare Support Center, Icheon City Daycare Association, Kindergarten Association, and the Korea Children's Song Love Association.
