Y2Solution announced on the 23rd that it will participate in the '37th World Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exhibition (EVS37)' held at COEX Hall C in Seoul until the 26th, where it will showcase its 30kW power module for the first time.
The new product, applying next-generation semiconductor SiC FET and diode technology, will demonstrate key performance and operation analysis to customers visiting the site.
The 30kW power module released at the exhibition guarantees high efficiency of over 96% by applying SiC FET and diode technology. It is possible to maintain high output even at high temperatures up to 55 degrees Celsius by developing a long-life cap and optimized transformer in-house. It shows strengths in responding to customer usage environments. A self-setting function programmable for up to 1,000 parallel-connected power modules has been applied to enhance convenience. Each individual module features an LED status indicator, allowing easy verification of product status in the power bank.
Y2Solution began developing power modules for electric vehicle fast chargers in 2018. In 2022, it obtained KC certification for the EVC PSU 35kW power module. It plans to complete UL pre-review certification for the 30kW power module within the first half of this year. Mass production is targeted to start from the end of the third quarter. In accordance with the BABA Act requirements to be fully applied from July this year, more than 55% of American-made steel will be used. Y2Solution’s power modules can quickly respond to customer requests to receive subsidy benefits.
At this EVS37, Y2Solution has prepared a private meeting room separately to expand its business. It seeks not only to secure potential customers but also to explore close cooperation with client companies. On-site events for booth visitors will also be held.
