Critic Kim Presents 5 Action Items to Representative Jo Guk
Rep. Jo Demands 10 Items from Yoon, Including 'Acceptance of Kim Gun-hee Special Prosecutor Law'
Kim Yeon-ju, a current affairs commentator and former spokesperson for the Presidential Inauguration Preparation Committee, presented five demands to Cho Kuk, leader of the Cho Kuk Innovation Party, including a ban on "pressuring for a meeting with President Yoon Seok-yeol." This was in response to Cho's earlier demands for ten items, including the acceptance of the so-called "Kim Geon-hee Special Prosecutor Act," directed at President Yoon Seok-yeol on the same day.
On the 22nd, Kim posted on his Facebook under the title "Five Practical Requests to Leader Cho Kuk." Kim stated, "Since Leader Cho Kuk made ten practical demands to the president, considering the political weight of a party leader with 12 seats, I am applying half of that and presenting five practical requests as follows."

First, he demanded from Leader Cho "his position on the second trial court's two-year prison sentence and, if deemed necessary, a sincere public apology to the people."
He then said, "Given the delayed opening of the 22nd National Assembly and the difficulty in establishing your party as a negotiation group, stop pressuring for a meeting with the president." Kim also demanded from Leader Cho "a ban on excessive use of social networking services (SNS)," "refraining from drafting documents for specific purposes using computer skills," and "prompt implementation of the promise to return the Woongdong Foundation to society."
Earlier, Leader Cho had pressured President Yoon by presenting ten demands on his Facebook. These included: ▲acceptance of reintroduced eight bills on which vetoes were exercised, such as the Kim Geon-hee Special Prosecutor Act, Itaewon Special Act, Yellow Envelope Act, Grain Management Act, Nursing Act, and Broadcasting Three Acts ▲acceptance if the Special Prosecutor Act for Corporal Chae passes the plenary session ▲agreement to supplementary budget allocation for livelihood recovery and restoration of science and technology budgets ▲cessation of targeted investigations against opposition parties ▲cessation of oppression against critical media ▲implementation of "separation of investigation and prosecution" and establishment of the "Serious Crime Investigation Agency" ▲implementation of promises publicly made by Mrs. Kim Geon-hee with a public apology ▲abstinence from drinking ▲cessation of watching YouTube broadcasts by shamans like Cheongong and far-right YouTubers ▲reorganization of far-right figures and Mrs. Kim's connections stationed inside the Yongsan Presidential Office.
