Jeongeup City in Jeonbuk is recruiting participants for the ‘2024 Jeongeup City Local Youth Startup Support Project’ until the 10th of next month.
The recruitment is for 10 people, targeting youth aged 18 to 45 residing in Jeongeup as of the announcement date, who are prospective or early-stage entrepreneurs within one year hoping to start a business in Jeongeup.
The ‘Jeongeup City Local Youth Startup Support Project,’ which the city has been promoting for three years, aims to strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities by providing initial startup funds to promising local young entrepreneurs, establishing a foundation for youth independence, and offering startup consulting.
Selected young entrepreneurs must participate in the ‘Youth Startup Capability Enhancement Consulting’ provided by the city and complete the designated course. Afterwards, they can receive up to a total of 15 million KRW in startup funds over three years.
Prospective or early-stage young entrepreneurs wishing to participate must submit the required documents in person to the City Hall Job Policy Division within the recruitment period.
