6-Month-Old Biji Attacked by Adult Dog
An accident occurred at a kindergarten for companion dogs where a 6-month-old puppy was attacked by another dog and lost sight in one eye.
JTBC recently reported that a 6-month-old puppy named 'Biji' was bitten by an adult dog at a companion dog kindergarten in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. The incident happened on the 16th, and as a result, Biji had to have her right eye removed.

At the time of the accident, there were about a dozen puppies in the room, including Biji. Biji approached a large dog playing with a toy and was bitten on the head in an instant. Staff who discovered the scene rushed over late, but Biji was already seriously injured.
Biji’s owner, Mr. A, told the media, "I paid exactly 840,000 won to leave her there for a month," and added, "At that time, the staff said they were all outside preparing for an event without separating the dogs."
Mr. A confronted the kindergarten, questioning whether it was acceptable to leave a young puppy and a 7 kg adult dog in the same space unattended for about 30 minutes. The company responded, "We were careless because the dog does not bite," and said they would no longer charge Mr. A. Mr. A expressed outrage, saying, "They said they would provide education and free care for life, but that is an unreasonable statement."
