[Sale Calendar] Over 4,000 Units Including 'Yeongjong Jina Rehi' for Sale in the Fourth Week of April

In the fourth week of April, about 4,000 households nationwide will begin pre-sale.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 21st, from the 22nd to the 28th, a total of 3,638 households (3,376 general sales households) across 7 complexes nationwide will be offered for sale.

In the metropolitan area, 'Yeongjong Jina Lehi' in Unnam-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon will accept first-priority subscription applications on the 23rd of this month. Supplied by Jina Construction, Yeongjong Jina Lehi consists of 7 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to a maximum of 24 floors above ground, totaling 547 households. All units are composed of the most preferred national housing (exclusive area 84㎡) by buyers. The pre-sale price ceiling system will be applied, and it is expected to be supplied at around 400 million KRW.

Outside the metropolitan area, 'Daedeok-eup The Forest Eco Park' in Daedeok-eup, Jangheung-gun, Jeollanam-do will hold first-priority subscriptions on the 22nd, while 'Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret' in Ilgwang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan and 'Hillstate Jukrim The Proud' in Sora-myeon, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do will hold theirs on the 23rd.

Hillstate Jukrim The Proud is a complex developed by Hyundai Construction and Gilchuk Industrial Development in Yeosu-si Jukrim 1 District (Jukrim-ri 222) on blocks A2 and A4. Block A2 consists of 15 buildings ranging from basement level 3 to 23 floors above ground, totaling 931 households (802 public sale households and 129 private housing units), and block A4 consists of 5 buildings ranging from basement level 2 to 23 floors above ground, totaling 341 households. The units range from 74 to 106㎡ in exclusive area. Located in an urban development project zone, the site includes land for apartment complexes, schools, parks, cultural facilities, and commercial facilities. Once development is complete, together with the previously completed Jukrim 2 District, it is expected to become a new residential town with about 9,000 households. As it is public land, the pre-sale price ceiling system is applied, making the price burden relatively low.
